Joanne is a passionate, proactive, award-winning leader with a decade of experience within the digital agency space.
In her previous role, she oversaw the entire production process, managing a multiple million-pound project portfolio whilst supporting a global team in every aspect of Delivery and Execution. Skilled in building cross-functional teams; Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Resource Managers and Programme Managers are all part of the legacy she left behind.
At Graphite, her role is to elevate the Delivery function; aligning to client needs, building a resilient team, and supporting the agency's rapid growth whilst fostering future leaders and innovators.

Mallory Kryklywyj is a project management professional who supports businesses to make meaningful change though projects. Having spent the majority of her project management career in regulated industry, she currently oversees the software development project portfolio and drives operational business projects for Canada-based Pixel Union’s Agency. Outside of work she likes walks with her dog Romeo, riding bikes, growing plants, and martial arts. She doesn’t like to take herself too seriously.
Chief Delivery Officer | PeakActivity
Originally from Connecticut and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Ali serves as PeakActivity’s first Chief Delivery Officer, where she oversees the delivery of all PeakActivity projects from kick-off to development to implementation. For more than 15 years, Ali has been a recognized change leader in the fields of eCommerce, technology, analytics, and marketing, helping to evangelize and implement new technologies and ways of working. She has held executive roles at marketing agencies and digital publishing companies, as well as national retailers. Ali earned her undergraduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she studied psychology and dance (who knew?) and received her MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
Ali is married, and a proud parent to two kids and seven adorable dogs (the kids are adorable too). She enjoys daily runs to recharge, and recently finished her second half-marathon.
Business Development Manager | BRIGADE
Liz is Development Manager at the Massachusetts-based branding and design firm, BRIGADE. She has been with the agency for over three years, and brings background in statistic and psychology. Liz began her career in resourcing, and has a great respect for the hours, the people-pleasing, and the 'tetris' of scheduling. In her current role, she is in-part responsible for implementing change - including onboarding software to optimize BRIGADE's internal processes.

Jessica Rasmussen is the Director of Project Management at NewCity, an interactive design agency, and uses her 15+ years of experience in non-profits and higher education to help her clients untangle complex problems and lead teams through large-scale website and digital projects.
